what happens after breakfast

My husband and I have an adr at Crystal Palace for breakfast at 8:10. If we finish as the park is just opening do they just let you out the door to the park.This is a first time experience for us and my husband says he will be sad to miss the opening of the park at the entrance. We won't be able to see anything will we? Thanks for the help.

1) If finished before Rope-Drop, you cannot get into any of the lands.
2) You do not have the ability to roam the park.
3) If you finish after Rope-Drop, then there is no problem.

NOTE: Many people try for an early ADR thinking they can finish then roam without crowds. There are CM's at the entrance to all the lands preventing access.
