What happening with Timon parking lot?

I went to DL yesterday and they said the T parking lot was under construction. Am I behind the times?

it looked like they were doing something with pipes under the asphalt when i was there not too long ago. when i left they were filling it back in

hmm, i dont think people is noticing the world or colors contruction going on atm. Simba lot is like that too. Im suprised no one at micechat has caught that yet.

Apparently they need another water source from another piping as well as a piping out for the lake. Poor little ODV office back there getting hounded by all the construction lately.

Cars Land will be going in back there and construction is set to begin this year. Maybe that is what is happening?
