Just an FYI to let you know what I experienced this morning when I called for my PS for Cinderella's breakfast at the castle. I was dialing two phones (different numbers). I was up at 6:50 and dialed WDW dining from both phones so that I only had to hit the redial button. I started calling at about 6:58 am with both phones. Got the we are closed message several times but then got through:
Phone #1 was answered first and I got the message about helping others please hold
Phone #2 was answered second and I got the same message about holding.
While on hold each phone was playing different music---usually I get whatever is playing in stereo.
Anyway---phone#2 was answered first; I got my ps and then had the cm see if there were any later seatings available--no they were sold out. Meanwhile, phone number #1 has never been answered.
I can only assume that each call went to a different "call center" or part of the organization (hence the diffferent music) and while they may have taken my call in the order it was received..that doesn't mean the overall call order (or line 1 would have been answered before line 2).
I almost hung up line 2 when line 1 put me on hold (thinking if the calls were being answwered in turn then 1 would answer first anyway) I am soooo glad I didn't or I would have missed out.
