What happened to the School Bread??

What do you all think of the pastry with cream & berries in the center @ the bakery in Norway? I saw a picture of it on the food thread, & it looked very good.

I never did like the school bread. It is a shame they changed it though. It definitely had a lot of fans.

I confess....I envy everyone who got to try the "old" School Bread....I've only had the "new" one - it was OK but not the WOW that it sounds like the old version was.
