What happened to the CM for reservations?

I just called WDW-DINE to make some dinner reservations. After being on hold for about 15 minutes, the survey began about my experiance....what experiance? *lol* There were a bunch of questions about how good the CM was that took my call. Needless to say I just entered 1 which means worse possible since one never took my call. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm gonna give it a few minutes then give it another try.:rolleyes1

We must be going around the same time.......we were unable to get some reservations for meals as we just booked this trip as an extra visit......good luck in calling......

are you flying out of Portland Jetport or going to NH or Mass for air.....we got good rates this time from US AIR......
 
In all fairness to the CM, since you did not actually have an experience with this person is it fair to rate them poorly and possibly affect their job.

The phones malfunction all the time, it truly is not the CM's fault.
 
As a "former"CRO castmember, I was saddended to find out on my last call to adjust some of our dining reservations that alot of the CRO calls are outsourced to "outside" agents. They aren't really considered full CM's, and rely on information updates via email correspondence with the main CRO offices in FL. What a shame.....:sad2:

are you flying out of Portland Jetport or going to NH or Mass for air.....we got good rates this time from US AIR......

We're heading out of Portland, flying down on Air Tran and back on United. We could have gotten better rates from manchester but not good enough to justify the longer drive.
 
The last time I called Disney Dining I got a CM who admitted to me, after a 20 minute conversation about guys not knowing it was proper to take their hats off at a dinner table, that she was home and was hooked up to Disney via the internet. She was asking me about restaurants that I was booking because she said she lives over near Tampa and rarely gets to the park.

Useless information but information never the less.......

it's my understanding that the bulk of CRO is in fact internal but they can outsource (including to other disney agencies) to handle overflow.
 
I just hung up on dining. I had been waiting 15 minutes. I figure they probably don't have enough people working on Sunday evenings. I'll call back tomorrow during business hours and maybe the wait won't be as bad.
 
I always get the message to stay on the line for a quick survey "after" making my ressies. However, the survey never comes on.
