What Happened to Rent/Trade Board

Am I missing something -- I thought there used to be a rent-trade board and now I can't seem to find it. Granted, I haven't been on the boards a while, but I know it was here before. Is it no longer allowed ?

Your not logged in thats why you cant see it. Login and you will see them again.
