What happened to Drew Barrymore?

I don't think I'd have recognized that it was her without knowing it beforehand. It really doesn't look much like her I don't think.

In her most recent movies (Music and Lyrics and that terrible thing about the gambler in Las Vegas [so bad I don't remember the title]) she didn't look anything like that. I am positive this is just an example of overzealous retouching to make her look glamorous. Part of her appeal is that she is NOT glamorous - just herself. Disappointing.

She's lost a ton of weight.... what that did or can do to a face is amazing, so no way to tell what was a result of weight loss or something else... She looks stunning.

I think it looks strange, like it's been airbrushed too much or something.

That's what I was thinking. I saw a recent picture of her and her boyfriend in Star magazine and that photo looked exactly like her.
