Seeing the inside of a human body didn't upset me (I'm a nurse and was able to watch CSI while eating supper even the first year it was on - a skill not appreciated by my family).Star Tours doesn't bother me in the least, but Body Wars did sometimes make me just a little green around the gills. They use the same ride vehicle, but if I recall correctly, the motion on Body Wars was a bit more herky-jerky than Star Tours. I think the main reason why I got a little queasy on Body Wars was not the motion but the movie - seeing the inside of a human body, even simulated in such an abstract fashion, was not the most pleasant experience at WDW.
Still, I rode it quite a few times. Why? Elizabeth Shue + tight white jumpsuit = MUST-SEE ATTRACTION.
YMMV.
Anyway, I think the motion on Body Wars was much more jerky than Star Tours and there were a lot more small jerky movements.
Still, I was sad to see that building looking so sad when we were at WDW in October.
