What frightened you to this day, that you seen on TV or the

Wait Until Dark, during the fight toward the end (when the screen has gone black) when Alan Arkin jumps out of the darkness at Audrey Hepburn.

YES!!! And it was even worse when I saw it on stage, live, even though I knew it was coming!

That scene in Titanic where the steerage-class Irish mama is putting her little ones to sleep. So horrific just thinking about it makes my heart pound all these years later.
This always makes me want to cry. What greater love is there than a mother, overcoming her own terror to comfort and protect her little ones?

One that creeps me out to this day was an episode of Twilight Zone. It's a a beautiful young woman and they're going to fix her "hideous" face. In the end all the doctors and nurses are revealed to have pig faces. It was made long before I was born but I saw it an age (maybe 5 or 6?) where I was convinced my parents could be aliens and not my parents. That episode did not help that thought process.

This episode of Twilight Zone always freaks me out. Another one that really scared me was about a girl who rolled over in bed, up against the wall, and fell into an opening that was between two dimensions or worlds, and they were trying to get her out. I bet I spent years sleeping with pillows lined against the wall, hugging the edge of my mattress so I wouldn't roll against the wall and into another dimension!

Anyone ever see the movie "The Bad Seed?" STILL gives me the creeps!

The Birds. Saw it when I was a preschooler and it instilled a fear of birds that I still have to this day.

As a kid the shows Sightings and Unsolved Mysteries (when dealt with Aliens) had some uneasy stuff.

The original House of Wax. We were up in the Pocono mountains on a family vacation and my sister and I were in bed while my Mom and Dad watched it. This is so stupid, but I quietly slid the Bible out of the nightstand and slept with it.:o

Omega Man... creepy and scary, thinking about those mutant people coming out at night...

Poseidon Adventure (1st version). Saw it at the movies as kid. It scarred me for life. I have no desire to ever to take a cruise. Nope, no ocean trips for me - EVER!
I like watching re-runs of the first movie because of the big-name, older, movie stars like Shelly Winters, Roddy McDowell, Ernest Borgnine, Gene Hackman, Redd Buttons, Stella Stevens.
