We are a large group boarding the Disney Wonder tomorrow! I read that character breakfasts are no longer automatically assigned and that you have to sign up for them with Guest Services or Port Adventures (does anyone know which one?). Other than the character breakfast, are there other things I can sign up for while I'm at the desk? Is there a Frozen character Meet and Greet that I have to sign up for? Other Meet and Greets? Anything else I should know? Thanks!

The pick up spot for the free (but limited) tickets could be at either location. Or somewhere else. Check your Navigator you get in the terminal for information as to what activities have tickets and where/time for those pick ups.

Can I sign up everyone in my group (our reservations are linked) or does someone from each storeroom have to appear in person?

I usually go straight to guest services and, after signing up for mixology or any tastings, ask if there is an Alice or Princess tea party, any special character signings, like Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Disney Junior character signings, and if so, where should I go to sign up for them. Then they sign me up or direct me to the proper desk. I've been able to sign up for any cabins I'm linked to, such as the grandparents.

I was just on the Fantasy, not the Wonder, and for us, Meet and Greet and character breakfast sign-ups were at the Port Adventures desk. I was able to sign up for both my room and my mother-in-law's, as we were linked together.

Just a little more info that you might find helpful:

Keep in mind that there are some events -- for us, the Disney Junior character breakfast -- that require a ticket per person, and others -- for us, the Princess Gathering and Anna and Elsa Meet and Greet -- for which one ticket covers the whole stateroom.

The tickets are definitely required for entry; there is a crew member who checks them before you get in line. For the Princess Gathering, we showed up a little early and they let us into the (already fairly lengthy) line. For Anna and Elsa, the crew member would not let us in until our assigned time.

My mother-in-law and my son, who was listed under her stateroom, opted to go to a magic workshop instead of the character meets, so we gave their stateroom ticket to the crew members policing admission, in the hope that someone who might have wanted to get in line but didn't have a ticket might get it. I hope we sprinkled a little magic pixie dust on someone's cruise! pixiedust:

Just sailed on the Dream.

Tickets for the Princess Gathering, and the Anna and Elsa gathering, are available at the Port Excursions desk when you first get on board.

50mb Free Internet is also available to sign up for on the first day. Instructions are in the Navigator.
