What forms to I need to fill out??

I am looking on the DCL site and they have My Cruise doc's.

Which of these do I need to fill out.

The embarking forms, is it 1 per person or 1 per family???

Also the payment form, 1 per family is OK???

The embarking forms are 1 per person..

1 payment authorization form is necessary per stateroom, and you will all automatically have privileges, and if you don't want, you can take someones KTTW card, and bring it to guest services, where they can remove the privileges.

Bahama forms, are one per person as well..

The docs that are at the website are not specifically for your reservation....they are generic, blank documents. No need to fill these out unless you don't plan on receiving yours in the mail (which DCL automatically sends out through the mail). The ones online are for people who, for whatever reason, do not receive their docs in the mail in a timely matter).
