I only use Cook and Serve pudding mix. I cook it on the stove. It tastes way better than instant mix or cooking it in the microwave - and tons better than pre-made stuff.

I only wish you could somehow make a whole dish of "skin only" pudding - wouldn't that be awesome?!!!
