What food to carry in to Fantasmic

We'll be doing Fantasmic on 1/22/09 and are not doing the Dining Package. We were thinking we'd arrive at DHS about 5:30 or 6:00, get something in the park and carry it in for the 7:00 show. After looking at the map for the closest CS places and reading their menus, I was thinking of trying Rosie's All-American for some nuggets for the kids (7 and 4), and Catalina Eddie's for the 2 adults. Does that seem like a doable plan to you, or will it be too crowded with pre-show food-seekers to wait in 2 lines? Another option I was considering was the vendor(s) inside the stadium, but we're on the DDP and it doesn't seem like it's on the plan.

Also, anyone who's tried the hot italian deli sandwich at Catalina Eddie's and has an opinion, tell me what you think.

We've never done Fantasmic or been on the DDP, so this is all new to me. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

That's exactly what we did last week except the line for Rosie's was too long so we all got something from Eddie's. The guys who clean up the stadium after the show even took our trash and trays so we didn't have to walk them back.

right at the entrance to the Show you will find a few choices.....they also sell popcorn and other things with beer and soda inside the show area......

Does anyone know about whether the places in/around the stadium accept the dining plan?

Just my .02, but of all the places we've eaten at WDW, Rosie's was by far the worst . Now, we didn't have chicken, we had burgers, but those burgers were so bad they made McD's burgers taste like gourmet food.
