What food/drinks don't agree with your digestive system?

SOur Cream - I love it on 'taters & nachos, but it is like eating a "gut grenade".

Raw onions!!!!!!!! Pizza. Anything that's really greasy or spicy. I had a bout with some sort of stomach thing a couple of years ago, lost 30 lbs. They never figured out what it was, but my stomach hasn't been the same since.

Nothing that really gives me digestive problems (my co-workers joke that I have a cast-iron stomach now, but if I keep working there, I won't), but I can't eat certain brands of peanut butter without breaking out in hives. (Luckily, Skippy doesn't do this to me ... not coincidentally, Skippy is my favorite brand)

I have trouble with bread, pasta and other such starchy products. I discovered this when I started the Atkins lifestyle and felt so much better than I had in years! Of course, I still eat the stuff, cookies are just too good to give up.

Jalapenos also get to me and I love them. Oh well, a little achiness never hurt anyone.

well....considering I am posting this at 2am, lately its been rich italian dinners. Not the typical spag and meatballs but the chicken dishes in the heavy cream and all that cheese and garlic......mmmmmmmmm.
I WILL NOT give that up! LOL

Just about anything made with Garlic, I cant touch the stuff boy!

corn. I do love it, but I just can't digest it. Makes me crazy sick

I ate a raspberry yoghurt this week and although it was very nice suffered indigestion for hours afterwards!

Anything with MSG (monosodium glutamate) which means anything with regular chicken broth, ranch dressings, seasoned chips, a lot of frozen or prepared dinners. I'll have a headache, nausea, heart palpatations, sweating, etc. starting about 4-6 hours after I eat it and it can last for up to 12 hours. Yet doctors don't consider that an allergic reaction - they call it a "physical reaction" - go figure.

I was just diagnosed with three ulcers in my escophagus, (sp), I now have to avoid alcohol, caffeine and chocolate. Oh boy, this is hard!
