What firework show are they doing if we go in May? Can anyone give specifics on what it is like so I can decide if it's really worth doing?

We love firework shows, but we are only doing to be at the park 2 days and I would like to go on less busy days when they don't have firework shows scheuled. My hubby thought that it may be worth doing one of the "slower" days at DL and then going to DCA and back to DL for less busy attractions and stay until fireworks.

Any opinions?

"Remember Dreams Come True" is the fireworks show at Disneyland. It is avaliable Friday and Saturday nights only in May. Daily starting mid June. It is widely agreed that it is the best fireworks show company wide, even beating Illuminations at EPCOT. It is also the longest show of all the theme parks. I have seen all the shows at the US parks, and this is by far my favorite. You should not miss it!

I agree. Don't miss it. It is the best fireworks show ever. I have seen it 6 times and I still cry each time. It's THAT good!

It is fabulous. Hard to put into words, but it is much more than a fireworks show. It was designed to be seen from the hub or on Main Street where you have a clear view of the castle. It is worth getting there early to get a good spot.

So there probably isn't going to be one on Sat the 19th right? Isn't that the date of the Pirates III premiere in DL. I think they are shutting down the park at 6PM. Anybody know for sure?

Thanks, I'm sold. We will pick one day to see it.

Jenn - Just be aware that sometimes it is cancelled, so if you can I would make it the first day and if you miss it, try for the 2nd day. I realize you said you were only going two days, and am not sure if that would work out for you, just something to think about.

I know last time we went I almost missed it. I waited until the 2nd to the last day we were leaving to see it and it was cancelled. Luckily we had one day left and it was not cancelled that night. Although it was not my first time seeing it, I would have bee sad if I missed it. It really is as good as everyone says!:dance3: There are a couple of sites where you can watch it online too. Just do a google search and you'll get several.

If you click on the actual number date on the calendar, you'll see what's on the schedule for that day.

Its definately a not miss show. It is so spectacular as it is well put together. So much thought was put into this show. It really is very grand. I listen to the audio music I have of the whole show occasionally as I cant always be at disneyland, but when I am there to see it, it is so overwhelming that I end up crying, its just that beautiful.
