What famous people have you seen at Disneyland?

Love Sean Astin :)
Sam from LOTR is my favourite character...

ME too!! I tear up everytime I watch it and he says "Don't you leave him Sam Wise Gange...and I mean not to." (he's so loyal it hurts....I love him!!)

:flower3:

Saw Elizabeth Perkins at DL and DCA in 2006-she had an entourage and a castmember with her and was wearing a huge floppy hat and a white dress. She stuck out like a sore thumb! We saw her being escorted to Space Mountain the back way.

Yep....the truest heart always wins in my book....looks be damned!
(Although I also think his character makes him gorgeous)

:)

I went to Disneyland for the Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's end premiere so I got to see all the Pirates characters like Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom. There were also a bunch of Disney/abc stars like Terri Hatcher, Joey Fatone, Roy Disney, Brenda Song, etc. Actually, the day after the premiere, my friend and I went shopping in World of Disney and we were shopping with Terri Hatcher! I then came back to Disneyland on a different day and it happened to be the premiere for High school Musical 2 so I saw all the stars from that movie doing interviews in front of the castle. I also did the Disney College program in Walt Disney World and I sold some crocs to Marie Osmond (who I didn't recognize, someone told me later).

Do my grandkids count? NO? Oh well your loss.

We saw Brad Garrett and his family there last Feb. That man is TALL! His voice is certainly recognizable... I heard him before I turned around and saw him. About that time my son said "that guy looks familiar." :rolleyes1

Not sure how many UFC fans here, but I saw Chuck Liddel last month. He is so tall, he towered over everyone and he was a bit black and blue from his fight too. We didn't want to bother him so we just stared (lol) for the few minutes he was in the general area and went on out merry way.

Over the course of many years going to Disneyland we have only seen a few people. We saw the guy with the glasses that works with Ty Pennington on his makeover show. My husband saw Diane Keaton. We sat across from a large table at the Rainforest Cafe with Loni Anderson and her son and her friends. Most recently last year we sat behind Andrea Bocelli, the opera singer, on California scream'in. He was with someone and had a huge smile on his face when he got off the ride! I am always keeping my eyes open but so far that's it. Oh, actually we were there when they had a premiere event for the movie "Princess Diaries 2 " and we saw and got pictures of Anne Hathaway and Kelly Clarkson. Marilyn:thumbsup2

John Stamos, Ryan from Whose Line Is It, ate dinner at Club 33 at the table next to Hugh Hefner and triplets, the red headed cowboy guy from the Miller's Outpost commercials.

We saw a "Survivor" ...

Hunter was there with his little boy, but we didn't want to interupt their time together.... he did realize that we recognized him!;) He managed to give a great smile :goodvibes

Many, many years ago at DL I saw Cary Grant when he was the narrator for the Candle Light Processional.:goodvibes

At DCA we saw John Ritter and a bunch of ABC stars one weekend, though we did get to say hi to John - we were walking around the park when we saw him. Lots of soap stars one other weekend.

At the POTC 2 premiere with my DD and DN we saw lots of stars . . . Orlando Bloom winked at my DN and kissed my DN :cloud9: When Johnny Depp came by my DD asked if she could give him a hug, he told her "yes Luv" and she got her hugg  That'll be one day we'll always remember!:dance3:

I was looking at the picture post and the pic with Snoop got me thinking. Who have you seen at Disneyland?

John Stamos

I recently watched the last bit of an E Bio of John, and he bought the original Disneyland sign! I was thinking that was so cool :cool2:

Living in So Cal we see celebrities pretty regularly so it's not a big deal. The best story I have is seing Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell screaming at each other outside a movie theater at 3rd St Promenade in Santa Monica. They were screaming at the top of their lungs because they couldn't agree on a movie.

This is funny because when I lived in Santa Monica, I saw Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell walking down Main St., just laughing their heads off!:rotfl2:

As far as DL goes, I'm pretty sure I saw Scott Bakula and a young boy waiting for the rope drop by Adventureland a few years ago.

Um my husband works in Santa Monica and impounded Goldie Hawn's car.:rolleyes1

I've seen Kobe Bryant in Fantasyland, but I think that's about it.

We saw the Jonas Brothers and Celine Dion last year. I didn't know who the Jonas Brothers were (my students had to tell me when I got back) but people were gathered around taking pics so I thought I'd better in case I missed something. Funny thing is, with both of them, I never would have noticed them if it wasn't for their guide in the plaid jacket. They stood out like a neon sign.
