What exactly are the toppings at the famous topping bar at Pecos Bills?

I've heard SO much about the famous toppings bar at Pecos Bills? What are some of the toppings? (Are they the usualy pickles, relish, ketchup mustard?) Is the toppings bar the same at Cosmic Rays?

I think they are the same. I know for sure they have Ketchup, mustard, onion, relish, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, and buttered mushrooms w/ onions.

I enjoy, ketchup, mustard, onions & pickles. Then, the buttered mushrooms on the side. Mmmmm!!!!!

what i can remember from my last visit, they had nacho cheese sauce, peppers, lettuce and tomatoes. At Cosmics rays, they had ketchup, mustard, and mayo.

They used to have grilled onions available. Are they still or are they raw chopped onions now?

When we were there in Oct they had:

Shredded lettuce
Sliced tomatoes
Diced raw onions
Sauteed onions
Sauteed mushrooms
Mustard
Mayo
Ketchup
Pickles

They also had nacho cheese when I was there 2 weeks ago.

Yea from what I took away from it they basically have you build your own taco salad at the fixins bar and they appeared to only give you the taco shell (maybe something else too but I couldn't see very well and didn't get it). I thought it was kind of odd!

My DH loves the cheese sauce that they have there!

The list MickeyNicki provided seems to be the standard (along with the cheese sauce ) but items are always "subject to availability".

It was so yummy. We ate there during MVMCP a couple weeks ago. They had great grilled onions and mushrooms. Everything you could possibly want to make a taco salad. As well as everything listed above. I can't believe I had never eaten there before. Its DH new favorite counter service.

NOOOOOO!!!!

Pecos Bills is our favorite place to eat inside the Magic Kingdom. I guess we'll have to find something else. Any suggestions?

DD and DH love Pecos Bill's too and are sad it will be closed for our February trip. We'll probably head to Pinochio Village Haus since DD loves the Figaro Fries. Or we'll do Columbia Harbor House - my favorite fast food at the MK. DD is also hoping that maybe they will have El Pirata y El Perico opening while Pecos is closed - she really liked the food there but they've only been open twice in the last half dozen trips - once for one of the first Pirate and Princess Parties and once during President's week.
