What Epcot Eateries are open before 11am?

We wil be hitting Epcot on an EMH day and are thinking about our breakfast options for Epcot. Are there places at Epcot to eat prior to 11am?

and Sunshine Seasons offer breakfast items. I believe SS opens at 9:00 normally. EU is either 9 or 10.

Honestly in the park CS breakfasts are limited at DW. Each park has a couple of choices with limited menus.

BTW - Epcot morning EMH is one of the few that I do. With some planning and a little hurrying you can usually get the major attractions taken care before most people start arriving. But we do a light breakfast at the resort. I'm not much help for CS breakfast there.

Fountain View cafe usually has pasteries in the morning. We love to stop there for our breakfast at epcot. It also has cheesecake.

is that right? I thought the last time I had passed by they were now serving ice cream only. If so, that is great, because I used to love going in there for pastries!
