What else can you do in Florida?

Other than the stuff in Orlando ... what else is there to do in Florida, particularlly the Florida panhandle.

We can't afford to do WDW this year, but I am a little stumped on what to do. We are probably going to use our pop-up camper. Just something outside of the state of Texas.

Any suggestions?
