Ok, we are leaving for Disney in 3 days! I can't believe our trip that we've been planning for a year is finally upon us. So what happens this week? I wake up Sunday with a horrible cold and pinkeye to boot, got medicine, am feeling better, but not much. Hopefully I'll feel better by Saturday! My son has a cold and horrible cough. Hopefully better by Saturday. DH is now starting with a cold. Which stinks because if he has a head cold he can't do Divequest that he has been looking so forward to all year. And to top it all off, my lovely daughter sprained her ankle yesterday and is now in an aircast for a week! Ought to make thinks real interesting hobbling around Disney! I need to work late tonight and tomorrow, nothing is packed. Calgon take me away Ok, I know more can go wrong, but I'm really stressing. Thanks for letting me vent. Knock on wood nothing else happens...

I' so sorry to hear about your family being sick - and that it is so close to your trip Hopefully you, your DH, and your kids will get better quickly and you will have a wonderful trip! Sending you tons of Pixie Dust!!!!

You can boot those colds by saturday. VITAMIN C and Zinc. Orange Juice lots of water and well if you can get it lots of rest. Even if its sitting on you butt watching some cartoons. Or regular shows i guess......

As they always say " anything that can happen will happen, we were just at WDW last month, we planned the trip for over two years, my DD got sick the night we left, spend the night in Georgia hospital, then in the hospital in Florida, spend three more days in the resort room trying to get better, we ended up just having a " just ok time", we were glad to get home, and now she's feeling great wanting to try it again .

Geez, and I thought I was the only one who had such rotten luck. We had a trip scheduled for December. DH broke his leg, a nasty break that will take a while to heal not a nice clean break that would heal faster. Oh well, change everything to 2006.
