What dressing(s) would be good on this salad?

Next week I am grilling some teriyaki chicken fingers and putting them on top of a salad. What dressing would be good? It would probably need to be something light. I am more than willing to make it myself, just need suggestions.

You are totally right. I hadn't even thought of that. Will I find that in the dressing section or the Asian section??

Newman's Own Oriental Sesame is yummy. It is in with the rest of the bottled dressings.

Powell, when it gets warmer outside I start to crave fruits and veggies. I made some grilled chicken teriyaki a few weeks ago and thought it would taste awesome on a salad. We shall see!

Oriental Style Ginger Dressing

"This sweet, gingery dressing has the nutty flavor of sesame, a hint of garlic, and just a little bite."
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup minced fresh ginger root
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, vinegar, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and red pepper flakes. Serve as salad dressing.

I would like an orange poppy seed dressing with that. If you added some red onion and mandarian orange slices and throw in some toasted almonds...mmmmmmmm.
