What does your name mean?

My nickname is Juliet and my screen name is just a weird spelling of it.

There is a long-time poster here, Mary Jo, also known as catsrule, who has cat named Simba. She used to post his pictures and tell the funniest stories about Simba's "Handsomeness" and "Rubbable Bellieness"--they were a riot. I lurked for a long time before I signed on here, and thought of her when I finally needed a username. I didn't want to make it dogsrule because it sounded kind of antagonistic, so I picked luvmydogs--which I do! ;)

I miss Friday Simba posts! :cat:

kim is my first name, wim is the beginning of my last name & 8 is my lucky number. Way back when I joined the DIS I didn't realize how important the user name was....

Now I kinda wish I was more creative....more Disney....you know what I mean ;)

I first visited this board when I was planning our Disnery Cruise. The kids called our ship the "mickeyboat," so that became my screen name. I was surprised no one else had that name already! Now I wish I had been a bit more creative.

When I first posted here it was because BF wanted to go back to Florida again and I didn't, so I came on here to get some opinions on whether we should go back again a second year in a row....

Now of course it means I want to go to 'Florida....again!'

In this instance, as he keeps reminding me, BF knew best! :wizard:

imsorry, what was the question? :)

6 years ago, I entered my first bicycle race and it was a memorable one...I crashed on the 3rd lap. Unfortunately, my left leg met the pavement in the most painful way. I still have a good 9" scrape on my leg that serves as a reminder from that day.

Easy, Hale was my maiden name, and I was always harrased during a hailstorm. In my 20's I was called Halestorm. When I first went online, that was gone so I became Halestrm (dropped the O)

I wanted a Disney name and thought I would use my DD20's fav character and add Mom, then I realized that might not work because she loved Grumpy and I did not want to be known as GrumpyMom... so I went from using her fav character to using which dwarf she is most like and that would be Sleepy!

Lady and the Tramp is my favorite movie (sooo glad to see it's coming in DVD!!) Miss Park Avenue was what the other dogs called her in the pen. It fits me. I love dogs and had two cocker spaniels in my life. I love Disney, I love that Victorian era that the movie is set in.

About three years ago, I dyed my hair red and my dd told me I looked like Clifford, the big RED dog :rotfl: So I started calling her Emily Elizabeth and she calls me Clifford (only when we are out in public :confused3 )

Mine is based on a character dining experience we had. I took my nieces to WL for a Pooh breakfast (few years ago, obviously!). They were young at the time, and when they saw Eeyore come over to the table, they SCREAMED!!!!!!!! They started crying and crying, and their mom took them out of the restaurant to calm down. Eeyore started walking away sadly, so I gave him a hug since he really needed one right then! :)

The happy part was that after my nieces calmed down, we brought them back into the restaurant and slowly took them back to the characters, who were greeting by the door. They started warming up to them, then hugged Eeyore, Tigger, and Pooh, and then wouldn't leave them alone! We had to drag them out! So all was well. :teeth:

Growing up, my dad called me Gus. Don't know why, he just did. Before I adopted my stepkids, they called me Mrs Gus. Since the adoption, I am now just mom and 06 is now the number of kids I have.

My initials are SGB. And my lucky number is 13.
I know not very Disney.
