Well, I read back through some of this person's posts. They offer under $8 to buy points, then rent existing reservations for $14 a point when they can get it. It's got to be limited to how many transfers they can make a year, but they may have numerous accounts. Perhaps when a reservation is made with points they BOUGHT (vs. points they already own), it "costs" them more.
