What does the company match for 401k?

I think I remember reading that it was 4% but I'm not sure if that's correct. Also, with the amount that they match, is that per pay check?

Where do you work - what is your status? At WDW there are 3 different 401K programs - Salaried, O&T - supported by Disney and the STCU Cast can enroll in a 401K through Florida Multi-Employer 401(k) plan.

Each program is slightly different; I have both an O&T and Salaried 401K through Disney, they grow separately.

I'm hourly but on a O&T TA so I don't know what I should do!

I believe for Salaried, it is 75% match of up to 4% of your pay ... I thought it was the same for O&T, but I'm not completely sure. And yes, it is paid weekly.

For salaried Disney will match up to 50% of 4% base pay (so 2% Base Pay). I'm not sure why O&T is higher, I assume it's because most O&T make less.
