Right of First Refusal

Basically if you sell your DVC, Disney has the opportunity to buy the contract for the exact terms you planned to sell it for.

In other words, if the seller prices too low, Disney can step in and take over the deal. It's their way of protecting the market. Why would anyone buy direct at $100 per point, when you can buy the same points resale at $67?
