What does Pleasure Island look like these days?

I haven't been to PI since '03 when you still needed a ticket just to get on the island. I know that has changed. What else? I keep hearing that they are doing this and that and reading people talk in passing about walking through the construction. For anyone who's been there recently, what does it look like now? What's closed and what's still open? I'll be there in August and I'm afraid I'll be very upset when I see it!

I just walked through PI for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Everything looked open, and there was just a little bit of construction going on. Do you have any places that you are certain that you want to go. Maybe I can remember if they are still open or not. I know Mannequins, the comedy place, and 8 trax were all open.
