What does AP mean?

This is my first post/thread. I'm so excited! I've been to Disney World a couple of times but never had enough time to do my homework.

I've been looking around the boards and everyone is talking about AP discounts. What is an AP discount?

Any help will be appreciated.

AP= Annual Pass

You can come and go from the parks as much as you want for one year from the date it's activated. There are discounts like room rates, tours .. all kinds of things. My favorite perk is being able to get a DDE .. Disney Dining Experience .. card even though I'm not a FL resident.

And even better .. as a DVC member, I get a discount on the price of the AP

But .. you get this illness called "Igottagobackitis". Those tickets burn a hole in your pocket and call you back.
