What does 60% chance of rain really mean?

It means that there is a 60% chance that somewhere in the forcast area they will see rain... I know some here are saying that 60% will be rainned on, but I have lived here for 18 years and found that to be untrue. I have also found that just because there is rain at one resort, doesn't mean it is at another. There may be rain at Blizzard Beach & none at Typhoon Lagoon.. it maybe down pouring at the MK and the sun is at AK..heck, there could be rain at the Touchdown section of the All Stars and Sun at the Surf's up section.. welcome to FL... I watch it rain in my front yard and not my back yard...
