What Do Your Pet Names Say About You?

Our dog is named Maddy (Madeline) We wanted to name a child that but my dh's paternal grandparents each had a sister named Madeline who died as a child. His Aunt told us it was "cursed" in our family. The dog is perfectly fine though- (((((knocking on wood)))))

I have a black Cocker Spaniel named Quincy. Hoping to have a white cat someday. DD's want to get a kitten and name it Snow White or Belle. DH dislikes cats. He may come home to a surprise one day.

My two labs back home are named T-Bone and Steak I also had a cat named Tiffany, and now I have a puppy named Hogan. Go figure

El duque - I am a Yankees fan. Now that El duque has been traded we call the cat devil boy or bad boy, depending on how much trouble he gets in

Wolfgang and Bruno (Pooh and Bru/Beano for short)... Pooh is Wolfgang because Dh wanted to name our son that if we ever had one (nipped it in the bud)... Bruno was the name the APL gave him... we were going to change it to Sebastian but Bruno fits him... by the way, DH is a classical music lover...

Sunny came with the name...the rats are Blaze and Lightning because Lightning has what looks like a lightning bolt down his belly and DD wanted the other name to go with it.

My mom's 2 dachsunds (sp?) are Disney and Magic (named long before the Cruise Line)!

My puppy's name is Boo Boo. I guess that means I've got a boo boo. We call him Boo though. He loves to hear the song Bibbidi Bobbity Boo.

Before them we had a cat named Ginger (Gilligan's Island) and 3 dogs: Leia (Star Wars), Gomez (Adam's Family), and Magenta (Rocky Horror Picture Show.)
