What do your kids drink from their refillable mugs?

We are headed down in 2 weeks and have the QS dining plan. My 2 boys, ages 3 & 6, don't like soda (not that I want them drinking it all week anyways). Are there other options, besides water, for them to fill their cups with? I guess I could bring some kool-aid packets to add to the water. Just wondering what other kids drink!

Besides water and carbonated beverages, the offerings are coffee, tea (hot and iced) and hot chocolate.

Most resorts have a power drink and either Hi-C fruit punch or Minute Maid lite lemonade on the soda dispenser.

I wish Disney would do away with the lite lemonade. Artificial sweeteners are not good (especially children) you. I would rather my kids drink real sugar than chemicals. Since my kids don't like soda and I won't let them have artificial sweeteners, they will drink watered down citrus tea (when available) choc milk, juice or water. Some QS do have regular lemonade...

We're staying at Pop and I looked through pictures, but didn't see fruit punch. They would both be happy with the fruit punch option...not so much lemonade! The kids meals will come with a juice or milk, right?

It's Hi-C fruit punch I believe and was available everywhere we went so I'm sure it's at Pop too. The lemonade is light so I didn't want my kids drinking the nutrasweet, although they whined a little. And yes, every kids meal comes with a juice or milk, the smaller size versions.

I haven't been there recently, but as of last April there was not any fruit punch at the POP beverage stations. There was Blue Powerade and Minute Maid Lite Lemonade.
I have not heard of any changes, but if you ask on the Pop thread on the resorts board, someone will know for sure.
My kids do not drink soda, so it was Powerade, Lemonade and Hot Chocolate for them.
When they were younger, they did not benefit from a mug at all.

Yes, they come with a drink, but they are smaller in size then the adult beverages. (think juice box, school cafeteria milk, those short bottles of water)

We were there in Sept. and no fruit punch, just the blue powerade and light minute lemonade. Honestly I don't remember seeing fruit punch at any of the refillable stations through any of the resorts or water parks etc.
