*What Do You Wish They Had Told You?

I pour over every guidebook available. I can't get enough of reading about Disney World. I find it so disappointing that guidebooks have so little information on "unique" things - like holiday happenings, tours, and special activities. I'm wondering, what information do you wish were included in the Disney guidebooks you read??

I wish there was a guidebook for all the magical extras that no one tells you about, like the opening ceremonies, the kiss goodnight, waking up tink, etc. There are so many special things that are done every day all over the parks that no one knows about...and I wish I had known about them from the beginning! I'm just now learning some of them!

I've actually been working on a new guidebook with all the important stuff they don't tell you for the last couple of years! Now if I can just get it published (Um, well, get it finished first!)

What is "waking up tink"?

from what I have been told there is a small shop in MK that you go to and the first child that asks can " wake up tink" by ringing a bell or something and then they see a small light on the wall, and get a certificate,

I'm wondering, what information do you wish were included in the Disney guidebooks you read??

Specifically I'd like to see more about what there is to see and do at WS. There are plenty of things about the restaurants and the shops and the rides but not much about the rest of what else is in the countries. The entertainment, the gardens, etc. If a country doesn't have a ride they're lucky to get a paragraph in most guidebooks.
