What do you usually pay for when inviting your kids' friends?

We've taken nieces, nephews, and our childrens friends. We buy airfare and meals and ask guests to buy park tickets and bring spending money. A few of our kids friends have treated our family to a meal, most haven't. Doing it this way has worked well. I like to have all of the flights under one confirmation in case there are any changes.
