We are going to IOA/Universal the lastw eek in August, do you think that I will really need FOTL during this time?

Since it is the last week in August, I think you should be fine without FOTL.

i've been wondering the same thing and we'll be there the same time... i could save a bunch of money if i did not stay onsite at universal (even disney is cheaper!) but really like the idea of FOTL especially since we will only have two days at US/IOA... i've reserved it, so we'll probably stay on-site at RPR... but it's tempting to save a few bucks...
