If you don't want to do WDW in the heat of August, you can always go to St. Augustine and Amelia Island for a couple of days. If I am not mistaken there is a Ritz Carlton at Amelia Island. You could actually just stay there a couple of days (not many nice hotels in St. Augustine) and drive down to St. Augustine. The nice part about Jacksonville is we are surrounded by the interstate.

I think you should go Our DS was accepted to Valdosta State also but decided on UCF instead. He does'nt move in until late August I believe.
