I have had this problem for a while and some people already now this but yesterday I had a real run in with it.

My Grandmother (we call her Gran) hates me!

She has never shown much effection to me but treats my brother (Brandon) like he is the crownd prince of the world. She gave Brandon a BRAND NEW labtop for NO reason and is suppose to be getting him a car. She would never even give me the sweat off her back.

YESTERDAY: My Mom and my Aunt Mandi were talking and my mom told me that Mandi had been talking to Gran and she kept on asking how Brandon is doing and kept on about him. Well Mandi told Ma'ma "she never asked about Lauren or anything and she wonders why Lauren is the way she is to her(not that I am mean to her I just stay in my room whenever she is here unless I am askk to say around). No wonder Lauren doesn't like that witch."

I personally would like to go up to Gran and ask he why she is like that but Ma'ma say to just hold my tongue and that I should be nice. Even though Ma'ma agrees with me.

And I was wondering if you guys thought I have a good reason not to like her? And if anyone else has a problem like this with there Grandparents?

I DO! i dont like my Moms dad and my dads Mom. like i dont like going to their houses and i dont like being around them. but they dont treat me any differently! so i dont have all the same problems as you do! Umm... the reason that i dont like them is because... My moms dad makes up suff out of his head and he is always right... but he really isnt! and my dads mom i just dont like her! she always annoys me! she is greek so i only hear "Do you want more food?"
if i was in your shoes i would not like my grandmother. but it is up to you on how you act! you can either be nice to her and say everything that you want to say to her or you can lose connection with her. either way it is up to you!

i dont really have a problem like that with my grandparents. I do agree that you def have a good reason to not like her after the way she treats you. I would be very mad. I would go up to her and be like you are buying my brother a car but why cant I have a car? Also maybe ask your mom or dad to go talk to her that might work.

I don't have any problem with my granparents. But if I were you I'd just let it be. She can't make you feel any thing without your consent. Don't let her get to you.
