I need all the experienced WH rental opinions. What do you think of this home.

please I'm desperate for some first time advise.

My advice from looking at the website and tax records is to go for it if it's has the bed configuration you're looking for ( you won't find that in most 4 bedroom homes) and if the price is right. The home looks beautiful and it's new so there shouldn't be anything run-down. The shape of the lot will give you lots of sun around the pool. I'm going to bookmark it for future reference. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it.
We were 3 homes from this one but up on Teascone. Our pool faced eastsoutheast and we wondered if it would be sunny enough but it was.

Thanks a bunch for the info and support, I have narrowed it down to 2 homes.
The Mickeysmagic and I have been in contact with another owner who's home is also new http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p184615
Now I just need to decide. They are both in the WHR.

Looked at the Appraiser site to see where it was (7760 Teascone) and believe it or not that row of homes wasn't there mid Nov. I've got a picture that I took from the front of the house we stayed in (7775 Teascone) and they were just being started at that time. The house looks great but my only caution would be that there might be construction going on behind it in that area. Maybe it will be done by Jan ?? All the construction is finished around the other home.

I want to thank all of you on here, you have been so much help, I booked Mickeysmagic today, keeping my fingers crossed that it all will work out. Now for the air fare, car and universal tickets and then comes the long wait til Jan. Thanks again for everyone's help. You guys are the best!!!
