We have been to most of your choices.
The RFC is good, especially if you have kids.
50's prime time is entertaining and the food is only ok.
The Yachtsman is excellent. Another great steak place would be Shula's steahouse at the Dolphin. Very good as well.
Hollywood Brown Deby was a good meal.
Alfredo's is good but not great.
Teppanyaki is very good, you can see how fresh the food is as it is made in front of you.

One other suggestion for good food with a view. California Grill. Find out what time the fireworks are at the Magic Kingdom and have dinner at the same time high atop the world. They pipe in the sounds from the music before the fireworks and they dim the lights while you are eating. It is awesome.
