I would cancel at two of them to get a special 2TS meal at one of these Signature Dining locations the really appeals to you:

Narcoossee's
Flying Fish
California Grill
Yachtman's steakhouse
You are celebrating, do something special for yourselves and be sure to pick up anniversary buttons at your resort or guest servcices a the park.

great thanks probably a good idea its our anniversary and hubbys birthday I think we will do that or not use the plan for the breakfasts pay for those since they are cheaper. I will have to look into the sig. restaruants

We have been to four of those and enjoyed them immensely.

We love the Norway Princess dinner, mind you, we have a four year old little girl, but I love it so much myself.

Boma was really yummy, but not as romantic as I think Jiko would be and I hear the food is really good there.

Crystal Palace, we love for the character interaction, my DH loves the food, I thought it was okay. But then LTT is my favorite.:confused3

We loved Coral Reef! The blackened catfish...oh my goodness...drool! And the Wave...YUMMY....my teen son and DH loved the steak...but, it is very noisy in there, not romantic, you can not even hear yourself speak.

I think a signature ressies like the above poster suggested is an excellent idea.

I hope the two of you have a wonderful anniversary.

They are all good choices, though I have to say I wasn't impressed with Mama Melrose the last time we ate there.

I think paying for 2 breakfast and saving those credits for a special Signature Restaurant is the best idea.
My choice would be Jiko at the AKL.
We had a wonderful meal there in October. We shared a bottle of wine suggested by our server and it was great.
It is a beautiful restaurant, the food is out of this world, the service is wonderful and it is quiet. The night we were there I did not see any Children, which is unusual. I thought it was a very romantic meal.
Also, take some time to explore the AKL, it is beautiful. We arrived before the sunset and went out on the Savannah to see the animals. Then we had time for a glass of wine while we waited for our table.
It was great!!!
Have a Fun Trip

I have been to Boma and Crystal Palace...though it's been a really long time since I ate at the Crystal Palace.
I love Boma...it's one of my favorites. The food is delicious and they have lots of interesting things to try...as well as more typical food items for picky eaters.

Your choices all look good to me, and I wouldn't change a thing.

I hope y'all have a great time at WDW.

Out of your options the only ones I've personally eaten at are:

Akershus Royal Banquet/dinner
coral reef/dinner
crystal palace/breakfast

out of them the coral reef was the best foodwise but just ok as far as atmosphere (the fishtanks were nice but thats the highlight of the decorating and not as great as I was expecting). The Akershus was great lookswise and the food was quite good just not as good as the coral reef. The crystal palace is nice but since its a winnie the pooh and friends place there are a billion kids running around and nothing makes a buffet less appealing then kids in front of you in line whose parents are who-knows-where using hands to grab things instead of tongs/forks/etc..

However I must say that the one restaurant you forgot to put in there is the Biergarten in the Germany pavilion. It is in my opinion hands down the best food and the best atmosphere in any of the restaurants I've seen. I've eaten there 4 times now and its an absolute must every time we go to DW. Even my picky 3 year old had no problems finding stuff she liked.

I didn't like the food at Boma for dinner , and I am not a picky eater .
,I just didn't like the spices !! I loved the Biergarten also great atmosphere and awesome buffet. I love CP for dinner , Mamma Melrose's is just OK! I'd switch that for Le Cellier or Chefs de France !!

I agree with this post - Mama Melrose's is blah! and Le Cellier gets such rave reviews (and I think you'd get a better bang for your buck if you have meal plan). I grew up on Italian food and MM is not very good, I'm sure you can find better Italian in your home town (they don't even have meatballs!!!!).

Unlike some of the other posts, I don't recommend the Coral Reef. We only got as far as the shrimp cocktail and thought it was gross. The staff was kind enough not to charge us a thing and we left at that point (only time I think we have EVER done this). I appreciate the staff for understanding and it could have been we just had a bad day (after all- everyone is entitled to one of these).

Enjoy your stay!
