Two more that I didn't see in your list or others suggestions are:

Tony Roma's - one near Crossroads. Good for Ribs. Lunch or Dinner
Sizzler - Breakfast

We ate at the Sci Fi for lunch this Aug - after reading some pretty poor reviews we thought it was Fab.

We also really enjoyed the Liberty Tree Tavern. We booked for 4:00 and went there straight after the parade, had a leisurely meal and stayed for Spectro and the fireworks. We were chosen as the family to "open" the restuarant that evening and it was a really great experience.
