What do you think my chances are?

I am hopeful that I will be able to snag a room for the second week in August. I realize this is last minute, but we are waiting to see if my DH can get the time off from work. We will not know this until the first week of July.

What do you all think my chances are of getting a studio anywhere for 10 days, 4 weeks out?

I have never tried this before, as we are usually planners and plan 11 months in advance. We just thought it might be nice to try and get away.

I don't want to book and risk having the points in holding. It is cutting it too close.

IMHO you may have to split up your stay but you should be able to get something at either Saratoga Springs or OKW. Sending your way. Let us know how you make out. At the 7th mo. window I was able to get BCVs for last week (a 1br & a 2br) so you just never know.

You can call and ask about availability without booking it.

Nobody can tell you what your chances are except member services. Your chances are zero unless you call. Don't wait.

If you think there is a good chance your DH will get the time off, I'd make the ressie now and cancel it 31 days out if you can't go. That is ASSUMING you are within your banking window.
