What do you think about our dining plans?

It will be me, DH, DD14 and DD11. We will be on the dining plan. We are all relatively light eaters. We've been to the parks before, so we don't really go commando. The only must see is Expedition Everest and new pirates, if open in time.

Arrive July 3 noonish (EPCOT)
Dinner Coral Reef (share 3 TS)

July 4 (AK, closes at 7 pm)
Dinner 'Ohana 8 pm to watch MK fireworks

July 5 (MK)
Breakfast Chef Mickeys (last breakfast seating 11:20)

July 6 (MGM)
H&V Fantasmic Package (might switch to new Toy Story meal if it becomes available)

July 7 (EPCOT)
Lunch Nine Dragons (Share 2 TS)
Dinner Chefs de France (Share 3 TS)

The only one I have tryed from your list is O'hana. My family loves this place! I even love the new menu. When you are there during the fireworks, they dim the lights & pipe in the music.
