What do you think about my dining plan?

I just booked our "quick" vacation for 3-7 March w/dining plan. I need to call and make our ADRs. Here's the itenary as of now:

3 March (Mon): Arrive at Pop resort and unwind a little; TS dinner at Hoop-de-Doo.

4 March (Tue): Epcot (opens early). CS lunch and TS dinner at Coral Reef (dh's must-do restaurant).

5 March (Wed): Hollywood Studios. CS lunch and TS dinner at Sci Fi (a dh "really, really want to do for the atmosphere" restaurant).

6 March (Thu): MK (opens early). CS for lunch and CS for dinner.

7 March (Fri): Check out and head home.

For me, Coral Reef and Sci-Fi are non-negotiable restaurants (unless ADRs aren't available when I call first thing tomorrow), but I'm feeling wishy-washy over Hoop-de-Doo. We'll have a full day the day we arrive at Pop (we're actually doing Sea World in the morning, leaving there right after lunch). I don't know if we'll be up for the rambunciousness that I've heard about w/HDD. But I'd like something that would help set the stage for the Disney phase of our vacation. I thought about Chef Mickey for dinner that night instead, but that would leave me one TS leftover. I've checked TS restaurants at MK, but nothing's jumping out at me.

Or would this be best: Boma's for dinner on our arrival day and Chef Mickey's the day we leave? Or Chef Mickey for dinner the day we arrive and something else the morning we leave, or find a recommended TS meal for our day at MK? On our departure day, we plan to spend some time at DTD before making the drive home, sometime before/around lunch (not too long a drive, we're in central GA). I wasn't really counting on having a sit-down breakfast before we go. We're the "get up and go" kind of people, kwim?

Any words of advice/wisdom?

I think your idea of doing Boma on the arrival day is a great idea and then do Chef Mickey for dinner the night you are at MK or for breakfast the day you leave.

I agree with dgagnon. I love Boma and you could do Chef Mickey's the day you're at MK or the day you leave. I'm not a big TS breakfast person either but I'm trying the CP for breakfast when I'm in MK. (My DBF insists on a character breakfast).

Thanks for the input. I think I'll go ahead and change from HDD to Boma for the day we arrive (and we can do some resort touring if we have time). I figured that if I'm hesitating, the HDD isn't for us this trip.

As for Chef Mickey's on MK day ... I know the park opens early (9 I think). About how long would breakfast take? Or, if we opt to do an early dinner (our plan is to spend *most* of the day at the park, but I have no issues leaving at some point as long as we go back for the fireworks), would a 4:30 ADR be a good time to eat and then make it back for Wishes?
