This is the message I got when I logged onto virgin Atlantic to look at our booking?
 
Virgin have adjust some of the flight times a while back. You just need to contact whoever you booked through to confirm you know about the change.
 
I emailed the customer services at Virgin with my ref number, name and explanation that I know the times have changed slightly... they emailed me back within 48 hours and I could access my online VA flights again :thumbsup2
