I think green flips were for sale in early beta days so there are only a few non-staff pairs out there. They're very popular to acquire, but not for me. I prefer closed-toe.

Cyan ariel chest - like a light teal/blue-green ariel chest (very pretty!)
Purple treasure chest - Deep purple pirate treasure chest.

The green Mickey ears are only found on HOST_ or VMK_ and they will not trade them. However the green flips were available in beta to all and there are a few pairs around on normal players.
