Cottage Cheese on the Cheap:

Pour out whatever amount of Milk you want to make Cottage Cheese. Let the milk curdle, drain it, and there you have it....COTTAGE CHEESE! You get a twofer. Milk and Cottage Cheese. Mmm good!
