What kind of eggs do you buy? No raw egg issues?

I buy cage free organic eggs from the grocery store. For the most part, I'm not concerned about eating raw egg. However, last weekend I was out of the country, bought eggs and the outside shell looked a little dirty to me so I did wash it before cracking the egg open to make sure it wouldn't be tainted.
