OK, I need some motivation to finish planning our April spring break trip.
I have been a little distracted these last few days... :rolleyes1

Help me get in the mood, please!

I'll start -
I love cooling off with a yummy Dole Whip while enjoying the theming of Adventureland...

Oh, and WL boat whistles! ;) :rotfl:

DVC resorts - knowing that for many years to come we can take vacations at them without them costing us alot of money (especially HHI).

Epcot - sitting at the Rose and Crown and drinking a cold beer while people watching. One of my favorite activities.

VWL - Getting up early, getting a cup of coffee and just wandering around the resort and enjoying the place while it's still nice and quite.

WARMTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SUNSHINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And everything at OKW...

princess: The gorgeousness of our room at rooms at SSR.
The fabulousness of the fireworks of DTD from our balcony.
The looks on my DD's faces because of how awesome it all is.
Seeing the castle takes my breath away.
Meeting the characters and seeing them in parades.
Breakfast with the princesses.
Visiting the countries in Epcot is just spectacular. I feel like I am traveling the world.
Waking up in the morning knowing that I am in the heart of the most wonderful place on earth and our day will be filled with memory making moments.
I'm a big kid, so I love the rides, shows and parades.

I see now that you could care less about warmth or sunshine as you are in Atlanta and get a whole lot more of that then I do in Ohio.

Try thinking about the view of the castle from the Splash Mountain...

Actually we got a little snow and sleet this morning! But, the sun is now out! :sunny:

We enjoy the rocking chairs on the balcony of WL, looking at the lake and relaxing. Quite a few times after checking out of our DVC, but before we have to leave for the airport, we head over to WL area and relax. I'm one of the people that always buys the duck food at the dock when we're waiting for a boat!

Don't you mess with a cranky Ohioan little miss!!!! We are all going just about over the edge here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love to hear the friendly saying "WELCOME HOME"
and responsed with "Thank you, it is good to be home!" :wave2:

Walking around Epcot in the early morning on our way
to the Princess Breakfast. So peaceful! :flower:

Waking up and first thing is to walk outside, taking in the view
like OKW morning dew or SSR Downtown Disney and then
pinching myself to make sure I am not dreaming. :cloud9:

Walking down Main Street and seeing the castle with tears
in my eyes and a HUGE SMILE! princess:

So many more little things...... :cool1:

I cried my eyes out at the finale of the Christmas version of Illuminations. I am sure, though, it was because the song Let there be Peace on Earth always made my mother cry and it was my first trip to WDW since she passed away.

Watching IllumiNations while enjoying my fiesta margarita. :drinking1

Walking down Main St toward the castle.

Eating fish and chips at the Rose & Crown pub.

Sitting on my balcony enjoying the view. :flower:

I enjoy the pool bar at the BWV and the chicken wings at the ESPN Club (the tv's in the bathroom too).

I like the walk to MGM in the morning (all of the wildlife and the smell of the air) and a jog around Crescent Lake in the afternoon (especially fun to run past people on surry bikes trying to get up hill).

I love spending time with my family and watching them have a good time together.

HBC

Dole Whip, Dole Whip. Dole WHip....YUMWANTSUM

Yes, I cry during Wishes...Doesn't everybody?
And this year I cried at the Xmas Illuminations show...wouldn't it be nice if there was Peace On Earth....maybe even a little peace on these boards in fact. :rotfl:

Well, if I pass ROFR, then I will have to take a quick trip to Dis to check out my purchase! Love those excuses!

colorado belle (and it is snowing here, but we use it to ski on, so it's alright!!)

I had one of those margaritas once at Epcot and barely could walk outta the park! I know I'm a light weight when it comes to drinking, but are those things stronger than you'd expect? :earboy2:

DH and I love to walk into Epcot on our first day and get a large beer in England. By the time we get to Mexico I am more than ready for a frozen margarita!
I also love walking down Main street in the morning for an early character breakfast in the MK. The view of the castle is priceless!
I love watching my children's faces seeing Wishes! I love AK. I feel transported to another place!
I'm glad only my oldest child remembers staying at the POLY. Because now that we own DVC, we won't be staying there any time soon!

Here are my faves, so far, there are so many more!
• Driving under the Welcome to Walt Disney World sign!
• The monorail ride around Future World at night
• Hanging out at the pools
• Surrendering to the pixie dust, being with family, and going with the flow, letting the bus drivers take us to happy places, no worries!
• Knowing that we’re going to be coming back (God willing) for at least 3 decades!
• Being able to share the magic with friends and relatives (at least some of the times)

Peace,
G4L

In no particular order...

The Wilderness Lodge lobby.

The Villas of the Wilderness Lodge - the whole thing!! :goodvibes

Walking down main street and seeing the castle (my vacation doesn't start until I see the castle!) princess:

Illuminations! (have to admit on our trip in Dec we say it w/ the "Let Their Be Peace On Earth" finalie 4 out of the 6 nights we where there.

The friendly CM's who greet me w/ "Welcome Home." :wave2:

Boma's!!! *drool*

I have to admit.. that the one thing I hate is that bill they hang on your door at the end which reminds you, you have to leave... and why! :scared1:
But love knowing that I'll be back! (if the powers that be are willing. )
