what do you look forward to in the Fall?

Have 1 more mini-vaca then it's Labor Day and back to school for DS. Asking for ways to get my mind geared up for Fall mode? Especially the months of Sept & Oct - looking forward very much to Nov.

Fall is my FAVORITE time of year!

The smell of the air, the leaves turning colors, the upcoming Holidays.

Being all cozy with sweats and hot cocoa

Usually, not much since I hate the fall(find it very depressing), and I despise the winter even more.
But, I do find the beginning of hockey season to be a bright spot in October.
Plus, with us taking our first Christmas WDW trip, I will definitely be looking forward to fall this year, and yougest DS is starting preschool! Woohoo!!! Maybe fall wont be so bad this year.

I love the fall. I like the cool air, the leaves turning color, fall colors, kids going back to school, Halloween and Thanksgiving. This year I will also love my Thanksgiving trip to Disney!

I love the fall (and I like winter too, good Canadian girl that I am!) as it means an end is coming to the seemingly non-stop yard work! If I never see another weed again it will be too soon (not to mention the constant watering!!!). I want time to spend inside (I still haven't had time to make my scrapbook of our WDW trip from May). And best of all, I'm hoping to be pregnant sometime before Christmas!

I love summer so I don't look forward to the Fall much at all!! I guess if I had to come up with something.......I get paychecks again being a sub teacher. Then I start planning for next summer's ventures!!!

I look forward to spending three weekends being a town crier at the Yankee Peddler Festival.

I too love the smells of autumn and the crispness of the air as it starts to cool. The changing colors of the leaves are a pleasure to my eyes. One thing that I miss from my youth is that it was common practice in the 60's to pile up leaves along the curb and burn them. I simply LOVE the smell of burning maple leaves. We purchased a portable fire pit this summer and I am looking forward to burning a few leaves on a cool October evening. I can almost smell them now.....

I love the fall. Cooler days and nights, crunch leaves, and our wedding anniversary. Looking forward to our Holiday trip to WDW Dec. 2-7th. Can't get there without going through fall

Don't want summer to go too fast as we still have two trips this month!
