What do you like to order at the Rainforest Cafe?

Everytime my family and I go to the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney I always order the Planet Earth Pasta without the Shrimp. Next time I want to start off with the Coastal Calamari as an appetizer because I never had it there before and to be different I might want to try the Rumble in the Jungle Turkey Wrap as my main meal. Since we eat there at least two times while in WDW, it will give me a chance to try the Coastal Calamari and the Turkey Wrap and the next time we eat there I can just get the Planet Earth Pasta. That's if I did not want the Calamari as an appetizer.

So what are your favorite items to order at the Rainforest cafe?

My absolute favorite dish ever at the Rainforest Cafe is the China Island Chicken Salad. I don't go to the WDW locations, because there is one about 40 minutes from my house, but we do go there once every few months (we're going next Tuesday--yay! More China Island Chicken Salad for me). It is the yummiest entree salad ever. Delicious light-tasting dressing, huge pieces of white meat chicken, just plain yummy.

My husband has had the Mojo Bones (ribs) a few times and they are usually quite good as well (but one time they were undercooked, blech).

I've gotten the turkey wrap, and it is delicious The barbeque wrap is really good too, I like getting it with chicken but my friend Amy gets it with beef. The Tuscan Chicken is really delicious, too I've had tons of other stuff there too, I just don't remember what! I go here way too much. It's fun having one nearby haha

My DH ALWAYS orders the BBQ chicken pizza, and I can't remember what the catchy name for it is. It is very good, as I usually get to swipe a piece!!! Lately, I've been ordering the lettuce wraps, which are an appetizer, as a meal. They are sooooooooooo good!!!!! You get a big plate with the lettuce leaves, a huge scoop of a chicken mixture, a huge scoop of a veggie mix, and thing fettucinie (sp?) like rice noodles. I love it because you can put as much as you want in each wrap or just eat off the plate. Drool....

I also like the China Island salad. It was my fav for a few years. I broke my habit with the lettuce wraps and am stuck on those now!

Crab cakes - I didn't expect them to be as good as they are. Now I can't wait to go back and get them this trip.

I also like the barbecue beef wrap, and that's probably what I'll get in less than 2 weeks when we're there!!!

DH and I get the appetizer sampler and a volcano then we split both. It makes for a very filling meal. By the time we finish the appetizer we're almost stuffed but we do our best polishing off the volcano.

I always get the Caribe Chicken appetizer because the coconut curry sauce that it comes with is so good I could drink it by the glass.

We ate at the Rainforest just two weeks ago. I ordered the appetizer sampler plate as my entree. The blue crab dip is to die for! I love it!

My husband ordered the pot roast and it was so good! The meat was so tender it just fell apart.

I've eaten almost all of the salads on the menu and they have all been delicious.

Of course, we have to order the Volcano for dessert. Yummy!

My mother always gets the crab cakes. She absolutely loves them. I typically get the chicken (and whatever else comes in it) quesadillas.
I love Rainforest Cafe, the atmosphere is nothing short of phenomenal, and the food is pretty delicious too.

Sorry but I have to throw this in... My favorite is the Green Python. It's a little mix of Midori Melon, Malibu, Skyy Citrus, 99 bananas, sweet and sour, and Pineapple. It's like a fruit salad. All I know is that the guy who made this for me was very skilled at his job. But I think I would love the Calamari too...

I have an ADR for our trip. I would love to know how the cobb salad is. Now I normally like the cobb the untraditional way more like a chop salad. Last time I was in Hollywood my friend and I had lunch in this great resturant that actually uses the exact recipe from the original Brown Derby and it was to die for so I am now loving the cobb either way. I just wanted to know how this one is.

Tuscan Chicken without fail. I've tried other things on occasion, sometimes a bite or two from the family's dishes, and always go back to the Tuscan Chicken. They didn't have it in Disneyland Paris Luckily I live right between 2 RFC locations for when I need my fix!
