I have 5 bedroom windows with sills.
One had just a little stuffed sting ray, one has a stuffed mouse that used to belong to our cat and a sun activated wobble guy.
One has some of DH's small Donald Duck figures, one has some of my turtle collection and the last has my Harry Potter wand

Don't have windowsills here, which disappoints the cats.
When I had them, I had several small jars of beach glass I kept on them, along with various small figurines.
